Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed, we generally process and dispatch it within 1–3 business days.

After dispatch, your order will be handed over to our logistics and courier partners through Shiprocket.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is approximately 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, pincode, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.

Remote and difficult-to-service locations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Partner

We use Shiprocket and its available courier partners to process and deliver orders.

The courier partner may vary depending on the destination, service availability and shipping requirements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information through the contact details provided at the time of ordering.

You can use the tracking details to check your shipment status.

Delivery Delays

Although we always try to deliver orders within the estimated time, unexpected delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Remote-area delivery

  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, the delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

Address & Contact Details

Please make sure that your name, mobile number, complete address and pincode are correct before placing your order.

BISOO BAG will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Failed Delivery / RTO

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept the package, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse as RTO (Return to Origin).

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
